End User Support – IT Support Technician:
  • Desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
  • Software installation, updates, and configuration.
  • Mobile Device Management (iPhone & Android).
  • VOIP Phone Support (Basic End User Support).
  • AV Equipment Support (Basic End User Support).
  • Network connectivity issues resolution.
  • Password resets and account management.
  • Email and application support.
  • Basic security awareness training.
  • Ability to move equipment between storage locations (Lift 30 lbs.).
  • On-site technical support.
